We are offering this service to anyone who feels unsafe coming to the library for health concerns or other factors, in addition to our criteria below.

Newbury Public Library offers a home delivery program for people who are homebound. There is no charge for this service.

Homebound service will be provided to residents of the town of Newbury who are not able to come to the library. “Homebound” is defined as being generally confined to the residence either temporarily, due to illness, accident or loss of transportation, or permanently, due to age, disability or other mobility problems.

Home delivery patrons may call the library to request items. Deliveries typically take place 1-2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact Lea at (603)763-5803, or by e-mail to request home delivery.
